The
CTA held meetings with residents and business owners
in neighborhoods near Brown Line stations since 2001.
Information obtained during these meetings helped
the CTA to create as few inconveniences as possible for
community members during the Brown Line Capacity Expansion
Project.
Community
members were encouraged to attend these meetings with CTA
representatives and project contractors — both to
learn more about local station improvements and to discuss
any questions or concerns.
Upcoming
Meetings
No meetings are currently scheduled. Project is completed.
The CTA Arts in Transit Program held a public
forum on Tuesday, June 9, 2009. The purpose of the forum was to introduce the community to proposed artwork for the Fullerton station,
which is currently being renovated.
